This location includes three dentists, two hygienists, and a dedicated support team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident managing the many moving parts of a dental office. You should be comfortable supporting scheduling, patient flow, insurance and collections, team communication, and operational follow-through. Most importantly, you are someone who identifies issues before they become problems and works collaboratively to keep the practice running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Prior dental practice experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front office workflows Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
