The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance team management, patient experience, financial performance, and operational efficiency while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of two practice locations.
Supervise and support office managers, doctors, opticians, technicians, and front desk staff.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, payroll review, PTO requests, and staffing coverage.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue growth, capture rates, and profitability metrics.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage patient escalations and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification, billing processes, collections, and claim resolution.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, inventory management, and purchasing.
  • Support marketing initiatives, patient retention programs, and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead practice meetings, staff training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to support strategic goals and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with practice management software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-location management experience.
  • Experience with insurance billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Background in healthcare operations, optical, medical, or specialty practice management.
