Job Description

Practice Manager - Medical Office & MedSpa We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and patient-focused Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy medical practice and MedSpa. This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, team development, patient experience, workflow optimization, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for both medical office and MedSpa Manage staff scheduling, PTO tracking, onboarding, payroll, and HR functions Monitor office compliance requirements including CAQH, PCI, Medicare attestations, and credentialing updates Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, banking tasks, petty cash, and financial reporting Review insurance updates, authorizations, billing workflows, and Athena task management Coordinate physician schedules, hospital-related items, meetings, and vendor relationships Manage inventory, ordering, office supplies, and MedSpa product purchasing Oversee vendor marketing initiatives, including monthly specials, social media content, Google reviews, promotions, and patient engagement Track cosmetic revenue, commissions, pricing, and industry trends Support front desk operations and maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction Troubleshoot office, operational, and basic IT concerns as needed Ensure smooth communication between providers, staff, vendors, and patients Qualifications Strong leadership and multitasking skills Experience in medical office management, MedSpa management, or healthcare administration preferred Comfortable managing operations, HR, finances, marketing, and patient relations Experience with Athenahealth or similar EMR systems is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about patients, leads with professionalism, takes initiative, and can confidently manage our office environment while maintaining a positive team culture.
