Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Medical Office Manager to join our team at Lifetime Family Medicine. In this role, you will provide support to our office and employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Oversees the daily office operations and delegates as needed. Assists with developing guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities as needed. Create an atmosphere of team building and set a professional example for staff. Assists with staff training and making sure each department has appropriate coverage. Maintain an inventory of office supplies and inform the manager if an order is needed. Assists in resolving patient complaints and customer service issues. Assists in resolving employee complaints and issues. Attend all relevant meeting with regards to daily operation of the practice. Schedule and plan department meetings as needed. Supervise all employees in making sure tasks are performed and finalized in a timely manner as per policy. Work with each department supervisor to make sure adequate coverage is provided. Assists in community presence and projects. Maintain strictest confidentially. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Past Medical Office Experience. Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems. Knowledge of insurance, billing and denial processes. Knowledge of computer systems and application. Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising. Skills in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures. Skills in operating a variety of office equipment and computer programs. Ability to work scheduled hours as defined in the job offer. Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to set priorities among multiple requests. Ability to interact with patients, medical and administrative staff, and the public effectively.
