Job Description

Astar Education Institute is a vocational training school focusing on entry-level healthcare training programs and job placement assistance services. We are currently seeking a highly organized, results-driven Office Manager to ensure the seamless daily operations of our vocational training institute. You will support our student's career long journeys by overseeing administration functions, student records, class coordination, marketing and other duties as assigned. Responsible for daily operation and administration duties for a vocational training school, coordinating class schedules with students, faculty and marketing team, presenting school training programs to current and potential students, helping with marketing to enroll more students for upcoming sessions, assisting with student files, and other duties as assigned.
  • This position has the opportunity to be full-time work
  • Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish/English) but all are welcome to apply
  • Compensation is based on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Keep the daily school operation running smoothly 2. Maintain relationships with local public schools , churches, clinical sites, and other organizations for student recruitment and job placement. 3. Basic marketing to help promote programs and increase student enrollment. 4. Provide program information to current and potential students. 5. Create class schedules and coordinate with faculty.
Qualifications:
1. Great communication skills 2. English language proficiency (Spanish proficiency is a plus) 3. Excellent organizational skills 4. Experience in an office setting and/or healthcare settings is a plus
