Who We're Looking For:
An Office Manager for
Morningstar Marina:
a people-person who holds their team and their marina to exceptional standards, leading with empathy, efficiency, and an eagle's eye for detail. We are looking for a candidate that exceeds in execution, making sure every member of the team is operating on the same level and toward the same goal: a superior customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Report directly to the Marina General Manager Provide high-level customer service at all times; anticipating customer service needs and providing prompt courteous assistance. Provide top-notch sales expertise for potential, incoming and existing customers. Drive marina success and impact performance results Handle all aspects of office administration, including accounts payable and receivable, customer service management, and other duties as assigned. Execute sales and marketing initiatives and impact the community as the face of the marina. Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better. Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's uniform policy. Utilize company software as instructed. Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships and interactions with customers, peers, and supervisors. Willingness to learn about the marina business and the boating lifestyle.

What You Need:
