• $28 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Full Job Description Assistant Manager General Job Description & Responsibilities This is a position that carries a great deal of broad responsibility for ensuring the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice.

You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice, including: opening and closing patient scheduling patient/client relations quality assurance optical sales mentoring and coaching others guiding team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performance serving as a role model Experience & Skills Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are also critical to this role. You will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth practice processes, select eyewear, troubleshoot patient/client issues, and fit lenses.
