This role is critical to client experience, patient care, staff efficiency, and maintaining a calm, professional hospital environment.
Schedule:
4-5 days per week to include every other weekend or one weekend day per week and 4 holidays per year. Participation in rotating leadership on-call schedule is also required. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and reliable attendance . What You'll Do Crew Leadership Support doctors, technicians, and client relations specialists to maintain efficient workflow Identify and resolve operational challenges in real time Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability Operations & Accountability Uphold hospital policies and operational standards Act as the on-site leadership representative during day shifts Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Oversee emergency veterinary procedures and support veterinary staff during critical cases Manage patient intake, discharge, and treatment documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Ensure proper animal restraint techniques are followed for safety during examinations and treatments Facilitate communication between veterinary team members regarding patient status and treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Client Experience Oversee client hospitality and maintain an excellent client experience Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns De-escalate emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism Ensure consistent, respectful, and transparent client communication Conflict Management Address interpersonal issues between staff promptly and professionally Maintain a respectful, team-focused work environment Document and escalate concerns appropriately We lead and make decisions through: Core Values INVEST

What We're Looking For LVT required At least 2 years of prior leadership or supervisory experience in ER or specialty veterinary hospital Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure Commitment to reliability and professional standards Why Join Us?
