Job Description

Job description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Dental Office Manager to support daily operations, team leadership, and patient care in a fast-paced, multi-doctor dental practice . This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical experience who has stepped into leadership—either through prior management experience or as a Lead Dental Assistant —and is ready to grow into a key operational role. What We're Looking For ✔ 3-5 years of clinical dental experience ✔ Previous management experience or experience as a Lead Dental Assistant in a busy, multi-doctor clinic ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and providers ✔ Ability to support team members, workflows, and daily operations ✔ Proficiency in treatment plan presentation and patient education ✔ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills ✔ Commitment to exceptional patient experience and team collaboration Key Responsibilities Support daily dental office operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow Assist the Dental Office Manager with team leadership, training, and accountability Step in to support clinical operations, including chairside assistance Present treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and recommended care Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards Support sterilization, spore testing, and waterline testing protocols Serve as a communication bridge between providers, staff, and patients Contribute to practice efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team development Qualifications 3-5 years of clinical dental experience Prior management experience or Lead Dental Assistant experience in a high-volume, multi-doctor practice Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (preffered) What We Offer ✨ Competitive compensation with growth opportunity ✨ Leadership development and career advancement ✨ Supportive, team-focused culture ✨ Patient-centered practice committed to quality care If you're a motivated dental professional ready to take the next step in leadership, apply today .
