Dental Practice Manager (3-5 years experience required) Dentrix and Treatment Planning

Dental Practice Manager - Experienced in Dentrix & Treatment Planning We are seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing dental office. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Dentrix, treatment planning coordination, insurance management, and team leadership. Candidate must be self motivated and goal oriented. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front office and administrative operations Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Lead and support front desk and clinical team members Present and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans with patients Ensure accurate insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Monitor collections, production goals, and office KPIs Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols Train staff on Dentrix workflows and best practices Deliver exceptional patient service and help increase case acceptance Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of dental management experience Strong proficiency in Dentrix Extensive experience with treatment planning and case presentation Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with PPO and fee-for-service offices preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and leadership To apply, please send your resume and a brief summary of your dental management experience.
