Worker Sub Type Regular Work Shift Pay Grade 113 Job Description The Supervisor, Rehab Office reports to the Director of Regional Rehab Services and provides leadership and operational support for rehab services across multiple locations. Working in partnership with local department managers, the Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure patient satisfaction, support employee engagement, assist with performance evaluations, coordinate onboarding, manage productivity and staffing, and drive process improvements. The Supervisor serves as the primary resource for office processes and supports team members responsible for scheduling, registration, insurance, and related administrative functions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with billing partners and managing various rehab work queues. Education High school diploma or GED is required. Associates degree in a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum of one year of relevant experience is required. Qualifications Current departmental, hospital, and organizational initiatives, policies, and procedures. Understanding of modern office technology and digital tools. Knowledge of office processes including scheduling, registration, insurance, and billing workflows. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using current technology for administrative and operational tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional and timely interactions. Ability to interpret and apply organizational updates effectively. Problem-solving and process improvement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving initiatives and standards. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, patients, and leadership. Ability to lead and support team members in administrative and operational tasks.
