Capstone Physical Therapy is a local, therapist-owned outpatient private practice with multiple locations across Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy services and maintain a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Capstone was named the Whatcom Business Alliance "Business of the Year" in 2015 and has been voted "Best of the Northwest" for eight consecutive years.

Our practice includes specialties in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, pelvic health, geriatrics, TMJ, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and work injury rehabilitation. Many of our clinicians hold board certifications including OCS, GCS, FAAIOMT, spinal and dry needling endorsements, and CHT.Capstone's mission is to change lives through care, culture, and community. Job DescriptionCapstone Physical Therapy is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands‑on operational management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional patient care across all sites.

In addition to operational leadership, you will support recruitment and onboarding efforts to help build strong, high‑performing teams. As the central point of coordination for clinic operations, staff support, workflow optimization, and compliance, you will ensure each clinic functions at its highest potential.

Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring standardized workflows, efficient patient flow, and consistent service quality.

Advise clinic managers, leads, and administrative staff across locations.

Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Ensure accurate billing practices, charge capture, and documentation workflows.

Coordinate facility needs, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across clinics.

Ensure all clinics adhere to regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare or Human Resources preferred.4-7+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally in multi‑site outpatient setting preferred.

Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling systems, and revenue cycle processes.

Experience with HR functions such as hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general office software.

Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
