Responsibilities as a

Front Office Team Member:

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic productivity Handle multi-line phone systems with a smile and passion. Prepare and present treatment plans with confidence. Experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix or Open Dental.
