About Us We are the only independent, full-service eye care provider in our region of NW Washington, offering medical eye care, optical services, and surgical care in our own ambulatory surgery center (ASC). What You'll Do As our Staff Support Person, you'll serve as the on-site resource for a team of Patient Services, Optical, and Clinical staff.

You will:

Create and maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment Provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on leadership Support new initiatives and determined by Management Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and looks its best Manage daily schedules to keep patient flow efficient and on time Jump in and help your team wherever needed Job Requirements What We're Looking For Prior experience in a medical office (extra plus if eye care) and looking for an opportunity to grow into a supervisory role. Will consider candidates with strong general leadership or other management experience Effective communicator with coaching and team-building skills Organized, adaptable, and proactive Familiarity with EHRs, optical sales, ophthalmic tech or eye care is a huge plus
