Job Description

We are a busy, patient-centered dental practice looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This position works closely with our Clinical Manager and front office team to support daily operations and provide outstanding service to our patients. What You'll Do Office & Administrative Support Assist the Clinical Manager with day-to-day office operations Help maintain efficient office systems and workflows Coordinate communication between team members and management Monitor office supplies and assist with general office organization Support scheduling needs and administrative projects as needed Patient Care & Scheduling Welcome patients and create a positive experience from arrival to departure Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment visits Assist with treatment plan follow-up and patient communications Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Submit and track insurance claims Follow up on unpaid claims and accounts receivable Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Explain insurance and financial information clearly and professionally Send patient statements and assist with balance follow-up Team Collaboration Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff Accept feedback positively and adapt to changing office needs Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team-focused environment Qualifications Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment coordination is a plus Experience with dental practice management software preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan options Supportive and collaborative work environment No evenings or weekends

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
