We see patients by appointment only and are open 6 days a week so are able to offer flexible scheduling along with great benefits! Saturday shifts will be required for this position. Veterinary reception experience would be a bonus, but we are looking for someone outgoing and friendly who will make every client feel welcome when they walk through the doors. Job responsibilities include:

Providing excellent and expeditious client experience Handling payments Answering phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments Handling incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Documenting and maintaining client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software Working with PAW plan enrollments and renewals Obtaining Veterinary Medication Clerk certification if not already in possession Job Requirements include: Genuinely enjoys working with people and animals Comfortable with dealing with stressful situations and handling them in a professional manner Able to comfortably use POS software systems Is experienced in the teamwork approach and works well with all levels of hospital team members Saturdays required
