Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator for the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while delivering high-quality patient care. We are a small privately owned practice, who provide high quality care.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Communicate with patients Verify patients insurance benefits Manage daily schedule Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary items. Greet patients, handle inquiries, and manage patient records. Address patient complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and exceptional service. Process claims Manage office budget, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Handle patient payments and financial arrangements, including payment plans and collections. Prepare and submit reports as required by management or regulatory agencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in dental office management. Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance policies is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
