Job Description

Join a national, fully virtual neurology practice delivering expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. You will provide comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. In this clinical leadership role you will also supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth quality and compliance standards. Compensation & benefits: $260,000-$276,000 plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed virtual cognitive and neurological assessments and develop individualized management plans Treat and manage patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive disorders Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support patients and families Provide clinical leadership and supervision of APPs across multiple states Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, telehealth protocols, and regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Neurology residency Board Certification in Neurology Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessment techniques Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and care teams Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth Preferred qualifications: Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer's treatments Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
