11+ years Mid-level Master's degree Business management Full Job Description Associate Counselors•LMHCA or LMFTA or LICSWA • Valley location We specialize in working with interns and associate counselors to prepare you to launch into private practice with a full case load upon independent licensure! You will thrive in a warm, supportive environment as you hone your professional and clinical skills as our administrative team tends to business operations. We provide an extraordinary experience with support including, but not limited to: Calming/well-maintained office space for you and your clients Supervision required for independent licensure•24/7 access to direct supervisors with over 41 years combined clinical experience, including on-staff clinical psychologist Consistent opportunities to work with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults, as well as relational work with parents and couples On-site revenue cycle manager (20+ years medical billing experience) On-site business manager (20+ years administrative experience) Administrative staff trained specifically in mental health client coordination and account management Weekly group supervision focusing on expanding clinical competencies, diagnostic evaluation, appropriate documentation, and exploring ethical and legal considerations Individual supervision at least 2 hrs/month, or as needed for best client care Private practice career development, including support in preparing for independent clinical practice and credentialing with insurances Practice Management Software with access to Wiley Treatment Planner HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and communications software (Zoom and Microsoft 365)/• Internet Services/Fax Services/IT Services and Equipment Sand Tray Play Therapy Room and Supplies/Art/Play Therapy Room and Supplies In-Person Continuing Education Continuing Education Library/Resource Library with 300+ titles Bi-Weekly Accounts Receivable Reports & Direct Deposit Telehealth options available to provide continuity of care when necessary and appropriate for client.
