Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to help with the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office and administrative support, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively organize schedules, answer the phone, and ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Handle calls, including inputting client information via calls,texts, voicemails. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks or similar software. Company budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Coordinate schedule management for team members, including calendar management and appointment scheduling. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on organizational skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll management is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
