In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest interactions, and support a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Must have Valid Drivers License / Open for nights, weekends & Holidays Supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to maintain financial integrity Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and prompt resolution Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing multi-line phone systems for reservations, inquiries, and internal communication Support guest relations initiatives by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting hotel amenities Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively Previous experience in guest services, hotel experience, or resort operations preferred Ability to lead a team with energy, motivation, and clear direction in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with hospitality standards related to guest relations, front desk procedures, and hotel management Join us as a Front Office Supervisor where your passion for hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction will make a lasting impact.
