We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team, strengthen operations, and help drive continued growth. Position Overview The Veterinary Practice Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, and client relationships of the hospital. This role partners closely with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow while maintaining high standards of patient care and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations & Business Management Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow, and inventory Ensure efficient processes that support high-quality patient care Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements Leadership & Human Resources Hire, train, and develop support staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Client Experience Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain a welcoming and client-focused environment Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and licensing requirements Maintain accurate records and clinic protocols Facilities & Growth Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility Support marketing and community outreach initiatives Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of veterinary practice management experience (or equivalent leadership in a veterinary setting) Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Proven experience managing staff and clinic operationsPreferred:
