Job Description

We are a fast-growing Dental Support Organization (DSO) focused on empowering dental professionals through operational excellence, team support, and scalable systems. We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Manager to lead multiple dental practices in the Illinois and Wisconsin area. This leadership role is key to ensuring strong operational performance, outstanding patient experiences, and continued business growth.
Position Summary:
As a key leader within our growing Dental Support Organization (DSO) in Wisconsin, the Regional Dental Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving performance across multiple dental practices within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency, team development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong background in multi-site healthcare or dental operations. They will work closely with Office Managers, clinical teams, and executive leadership to implement company-wide initiatives, align regional performance with organizational goals, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities :
  • Manage daily operations across multiple dental offices within an assigned region, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and optimal use of staff and resources.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives, while ensuring alignment with regional performance and growth targets.
  • Work closely with the executive team to shape and implement the company's long-term vision within the region.
  • Guide and support Office Managers and local teams, identifying training needs and delivering targeted training to enhance team performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team by providing mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve consistency across locations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and elevate patient satisfaction across all offices.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement and oversee health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Conduct regular office visits to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and offer hands-on support to local teams.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the operations team.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic business initiatives and operational enhancements.
  • Oversee regional budgets, financial planning, and profit & loss (P&L) management to ensure fiscal responsibility and support organizational growth.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to drive long-term success and regional alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-location environment (healthcare preferred). Strong leadership and team development skills. Proven ability to meet goals and drive business results. Comfortable analyzing metrics and making data-informed decisions.
Preferred:
