Full-Time We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help create an exceptional experience for our patients. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, professional, and experienced in dental office operations, team leadership, scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient relations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Support and lead front office team members Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections Monitor accounts receivable and office performance Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office protocols Coordinate communication between doctors, staff, and patients
Qualifications:
Previous dental office management experience preferred Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental software preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination
