Training Period (2-3 months) Guaranteed $75,000 training salary (Equivalent to approximately $85K Colorado purchasing power) After Training Base salary increases to $85,000 Additional performance bonus program tied to clinic growth and production Realistic total compensation range: $100K-$140K+ based on current clinic performance
