Medical Coding Specialist:

This isn't basic coding. You'll be working on a wide range of services including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Endocrinology, Behavioral Health and more! Every day is different—and you'll be the person who ensures our documentation is clean, compliant, and optimized for success. If you want a role that pushes you to be your best, this is it.

What You'll Do:

Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes Review provider documentation for clarity and compliance Collaborate with providers and billing teams to maximize reimbursement Help improve workflows and reduce errors through your expertise

What You Bring:

Experience in outpatient medical coding (family medicine is a plus) High attention to detail, a love of accuracy, and a team-focused attitude Willingness to grow, adapt, and solve complex coding challenges
