Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Records Clerk Medical Records Clerk - Full-time, onsite, $18-$19.75 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Required Qualifications of the Medical Records Clerk 1+ years of recent EMR system experience required Recent medical referrals, prior authorization, and insurance verification experience highly preferred High school diploma or GED required Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk Scan and index charts into EMR system Set up new patients and transfer patients to new locations Answer phones Reschedule appointments and handle recalls Provide front desk support as needed About the Company With cutting-edge technology and advanced training, this multi-specialty group of physicians provides comprehensive care to patients in Southern Arizona.
