  • Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Records Clerk
  • Medical Records Clerk
  • Full-time, onsite, $18
  • 19.75 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great opportunities for growth and additional training!
  • Required Qualifications of the Medical Records Clerk
  • 1+ years of recent EMR system experience required
  • Recent medical referrals, prior authorization, and insurance verification experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk
  • Scan and index charts into EMR system
  • Set up new patients and transfer patients to new locations
  • Answer phones
  • Reschedule appointments and handle recalls
  • Provide front desk support as needed
