We are seeking a Record Retrieval Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help support legal case preparation by managing medical and other records requests from start to finish. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with facilities, and keeping workflows moving efficiently. What You'll Do Submit and track medical and other records requests Communicate with healthcare facilities and providers by phone, fax, mail, and electronic systems Maintain accurate case and provider information in internal databases Follow up on outstanding requests and document updates Prioritize deadlines and manage a high-volume workflow Escalate delayed requests when necessary Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards are maintained Qualifications Strong phone and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven environment Previous records retrieval, legal support, or administrative experience is a plus Experience using databases or workflow systems preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
