Medical Records Director:

Medical Records:

Knowledge of medical terminology, Must be accurate and detailed oriented, Ability to work independently, Must be able to interact with customers, families, visitors, and center personnel. Maintain accurate order of charts, Answer Phones. Maintain HIPPA requirements regarding records, Prepare closed records, Filing current records, Maintain thin charts. Performs other duties as assigned. Skilled Nursing Facility background.
