Day shift | Full-time Salary range: $19.22 - $26.01 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role: Differentiate between lab tests, preventative screenings, and tests required for gap closure. Review patient medical records to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate within the EMR. Pinpoint missing preventative services, chronic treatments, and routine screenings. Coordinate with both clinic staff and patients to schedule missing services and close identified care gaps. Attend team meetings and clinic site visits. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
