Shift Days (potential for occasional nights, weekends, and/or holidays dependent upon department business needs.) Job Summary Responsible for Patient Health Record management, collaboration across the enterprise and outside to meet patient, healthcare and provider needs. Maintains accuracy of the patient healthcare record through accurate scanning and assignment of provider deficiencies. Responds to requests for audits and release of information following all HIPAA, governmental regulatory, enterprise and departmental policies, and Joint Commission standards.
