EVPHA Information Technology Work Location Lexington, KY Grade Level 06 Salary Range $16.20-24.82/hour Type of Position Staff Position Time Status Full-Time Required Education HS Click here for more information about equivalencies: https://hr.uky.edu/employment/working-uk/equivalencies Required Related Experience 4 yrs Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements This position requires regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); and occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs.; standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs.; and some job-related travel (less than 10% of time). Shift Days (potential for occasional nights, weekends, and/or holidays dependent upon department business needs.) Job Summary Responsible for Patient Health Record management, collaboration across the enterprise and outside to meet patient, healthcare and provider needs. Maintains accuracy of the patient healthcare record through accurate scanning and assignment of provider deficiencies. Responds to requests for audits and release of information following all HIPAA, governmental regulatory, enterprise and departmental policies, and Joint Commission standards.
