As a Medical Records Clerk , you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate, organized, and secure health records within a structured correctional healthcare setting. What You'll Do Maintain and organize patient medical records in compliance with policies and regulations Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documentation File, scan, and retrieve records as needed for clinical staff Coordinate record transfers and assist with audits Support the medical team with administrative tasks related to documentation What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with medical records or healthcare administration preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Basic computer and data entry skills Dependable, team-oriented mindset Why Join Southern Health Partners?
