Schedule:

Monday-Friday (36-40 hours/week) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Record Analyst to join our team. This is an in-office position and requires hands-on experience working with paper medical records . Key Responsibilities Sort and organize medical records in chronological order and by category Review records including office visits, procedures, imaging, and hospital documentation Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records Identify and highlight key information (dates of service, document types, etc.) Assist with formatting reports using organized medical record data Qualifications Prior experience handling and reviewing paper medical records is required Familiarity with medical terminology preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage large volumes of records efficiently Comfortable using Microsoft products (Word/Excel) and Adobe PDF Benefits 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance Paid time off How to Apply To be considered, please describe your experience with medical record review and organization when applying.
