Job Description

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail- oriented and organized Medical Records / Central Supply Clerk to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This dual role position supports resident care by maintaining accurate medical records while ensuring essential medical supplies are stocked, organized and available. This is a part time position working 20 hours a week. ________________________________________________________________
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in medical records, central supply or healthcare is preferred Knowledge of HIPAA and medical documentation standards Strong organizational skills Ability to life, push or pull supplies as needed ________________________________________________________________
Job Responsibilities May Include:
Medical Records Maintain accurate, organized, and up to date resident medical records Assemble, audit, and file medical charts in compliance with state and federal regulations Protect resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards Assist clinical and administrative staff with record requests and audits Central Supply Order, receive, and stock medical and facility supplies Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate par levels Distribute supplies to nursing departments as needed Track usage and report shortages or issues Maintain a clean, and organized supply area ________________________________________________________________ Why Choose Riverside Health and Rehab?
