What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Previous experience in healthcare, medical records, or document processing is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
Work Ethic :
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, working independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. What You'll Do:
Your day-to-day will be engaging and varied! Open, review, and sort incoming mail by client, audit program and document type Prepare, process, and review medical records—both physical and electronic—for scanning and distribution. Collaborate with internal teams and providers via email to resolve issues. Handle return mail, audit letters, and outgoing correspondence. Operate office equipment, troubleshoot workflow issues, and meet productivity and quality standards. Maintain trackers and ensure HIPAA compliance.
