Job Description
Position overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Prep Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing case files for disability hearings, ensuring that all medical records are requested and received ahead of each hearing, and that any post-hearing tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a key support role that directly impacts client outcomes. Once training is complete and performance goals are consistently met, you may be eligible to work from home. Key responsibilities Client contact in advance of scheduled disability hearings to discuss medical treatment Request medical records to ensure timely receipt before hearings Complete all post-hearing tasks accurately and within required deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, medical offices, attorneys, case managers and judge's office Handle all sensitive client and medical records information with strict confidentiality
Pay:
