Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented Territory Field Agent (TFA) to represent our services in the field. This role blends sales and account management with hands-on records fulfillment at medical offices. You will visit offices to establish relationships, secure new clients, and perform onsite preparation, scanning, and retrieval of patient medical records on their behalf. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong people skills, and thrives on managing both client relationships and operational tasks. What You'll Do Conduct regular in-person visits to medical offices to promote and explain our services Acquire new clients through outreach, cold visits, and relationship building Maintain and manage assigned client accounts within your territory Perform onsite preparation, scanning, and secure retrieval of medical records for requesting entities Organize, label, and upload records accurately according to company procedures Log all office visits, leads, follow-ups, and request status updates in our CRM system within 24 hours Provide detailed notes and communication for each appointment to ensure smooth processing Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and professional standards at all times What's in it for you Build and level up your communication skills in a hands-on environment Tons of room for personal and professional growth as we scale Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and even manage a team Be part of a growing company where your ideas and impact really matter Work in a tight-knit, collaborative team with plenty of chances to learn and grow What We Provide Company-provided equipment (laptop, scanner, secure flash drive, headset, etc.) under a signed loaner agreement Branded company apparel, ID badge, and business cards Comprehensive training in HIPAA compliance, client outreach, and record fulfillment workflows Ongoing support, mentorship, and clear pathways for advancement What You'll Need Reliable personal transportation for travel between offices Smartphone with consistent cellular and internet service Reliable home internet for system access and uploading records Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay accountable Comfort balancing client-facing sales work with detailed operational tasks Compensation $2,750/month base pay Commission based on new client acquisition and completed work (uncapped earning potential) Paid via 1099 — you will be responsible for your own taxes as an independent contractor
