Overview:
We are partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a detail-oriented Records & Data Specialist to support a high-impact compliance and credentialing data entry project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing information, working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, and contributing to a mission-driven organization improving patient care.

This role will focus on clearing a backlog of critical records and supporting the transition of data into a new system—ensuring providers remain compliant and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and validate healthcare compliance and credentialing data into internal systemsReview spreadsheets and records to verify completeness and track progressUpload and organize provider credentials (e.g., licenses, certifications, continuing education)Identify missing documentation and coordinate with internal credentialing contacts to resolve gapsScan, file, and manage both digital and paper records to ensure proper documentationSupport migration of data from legacy/manual systems into a centralized platformMaintain strict attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive healthcare information
What We're Looking For:
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage and organize large volumes of documentation efficientlyFamiliarity with healthcare terminology Experience with credentialing or healthcare compliance is a plus, but not requiredComfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and document management systemsSelf-starter who can work independently and meet project deadlinesWhy This Role?
