Part Time Temporary Record Specialist

Position Summary:

Responsible for scanning member files and organizing pre-existing scanned records in accordance with record retention requirements. This position works closely with the Compliance and Training Supervisor to ensure records are accurate, properly maintained, and compliant with retention guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan, upload, save, and organize member records within the designated system. Review scanned documents for quality, accuracy, and readability. Organize and maintain pre-existing records in accordance with record retention requirements. Assist with identifying and correcting filing or scanning errors. Maintain confidentiality and security of member information at all times. Maintain an organized workspace and filing structure throughout the project.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic proficiency with computers, scanners, and printers. Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet productivity goals.

Experience and Education:

No experience required High school diploma or general education degree

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
