Great outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Riverside Regional Jail in North Prince George, VA. Responsibilities Maintain medical records filing systems following established procedures in a correctional healthcare setting Ensure all medical records are complete and properly filed Receive, log, and process requests for patient medical information according to departmental protocols on release of information Retrieve medical records for clinical and ancillary services Fax medical information to approved sites and sources for continuing care Purge medical records, make new patient folders, and prepare mailings as required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of medical records experience Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
