Document Processing Specialist Administrative Roanoke, Virginia Contract May 12, 2026 Document Imaging Specialist (Temporary - 3-4 Months) Onsite | $20/hour Our client is seeking a Document Processing Specialist for a temporary onsite assignment. This role focuses on preparing, scanning, indexing, and quality-checking paper documents to convert them into secure electronic records. Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are essential in this production-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare documents for scanning Scan and index records using high-speed scanners company software Meet established productivity and accuracy standards Maintain an organized workstation and report equipment or workflow issues
