Job Description

Join Our Team & Make a Difference Every Day! Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Coordinator to join our dedicated healthcare team. If you take pride in accuracy, confidentiality, and supporting quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Maintain and organize resident medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date Manage electronic and paper filing systems Assist with audits and regulatory surveys Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff for documentation needs Protect patient confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
