This role is responsible for overseeing coding accuracy, billing workflows, staff development, compliance initiatives, and operational performance across the Revenue Cycle department. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Active CPC Certification Minimum 3+ years of medical coding and billing experience Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines Leadership, coaching, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
