Job Description:
Streamline medical records management, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements and facilitating seamless audits. Spearhead central supply operations, optimizing procurement processes and maintaining impeccable inventory control. Act as a vital liaison between legal entities and medical staff, representing the facility in court proceedings when required. Balance the intricacies of data entry with troubleshooting IT issues, contributing to a resilient and efficient workflow. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely response to HMO requests, fostering a culture of responsiveness and reliability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical records and central supply coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures. Proficient in data entry and IT troubleshooting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
