Know Your Team:
Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 33 health care clinics and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds and employs a team of more than 3,200, including more than 300 health care providers. Responsibilities In coordination with the Referral Manager, the Referral Supervisor will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations of the referral department and staff. This position supervises referral coordination staff's daily operations and activities to ensure goals and objectives for the appropriate and timely processing of referrals are met. Will consider highly qualified applicants for hybrid or remote positions
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Job Requirements:
Medical Assistant Certification Two years of experience in medical referrals or other related medical patient support functions in an ambulatory care setting. Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
