Position Summary The Procedure Technician assists the Physician with all ordered procedures, maintains the procedure room, and instruments, and operates the C-arm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Preps the procedure room for procedures Maintains a sterile environment The technician vitals all patients that are getting procedures Maintains charts for all patients receiving procedures Conducts all imaging needed for injections Scans and uploads all paperwork into patient records Responsible for keeping the procedure room stocked Responsible for keeping inventory of all medication and medical supplies located in the clinic Maintains a steady and efficient workflow Minimum Qualifications HS diploma or Equivalent required LPN, CMA, or Sterile Technician preferred Understanding of electronic medical records preferred EMR experience preferred (Prognocis a plus) Knowledge of Medical terminology Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology Ability to prioritize work and must be detail oriented Position may require travel as needed
