As a Data Capture Specialist, youll be at the heart of our document processing operations, ensuring critical information is captured quickly, correctly, and securely to meet daily and monthly performance goals. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, quiet, and focused office with minimal interruptions where your accuracy and attention to detail truly make an impact.
What Youll DoReview electronic documents and accurately key designated fields from image (KFI).Review, analyze, and classify documents according to established criteria.
Operate and maintain scanning equipment, adjusting settings as needed to optimize image quality.
Follow all data capture procedures, rules, and processes consistently.
Safeguard confidential information, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Excellent touch typing and 10-key skills 40 WPM.Thrives working with minimal oversight dependable, discreet and highly focused.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
