Responsible for upkeep of all medical records and informatin in accordance with state and federal regulations. Performs various audits and checks. Maintains appropriate communication with families, residents, and physicians. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of Telford Terrace. As a member of the team you must understand the mission of Telford Terrace, which is to provide a setting of quality, compassionate care. This care addresses physical, social, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. Care provided demonstrates understanding and commitment to our mission.
