Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00

Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Greet guests and clients as they enter. Answer phones and assist callers with their requests. Clerical support as needed. Responding to medical records requests and intake paperwork. Complete the intake process and paper flow to Accounting. Oversee the collection of co-pays and deductibles. Paraprofessionals may not admit, transfer, or discharge clients. They may be directed to follow through with the process of implementation of the above by the director or designee. Attend staff in-service and meetings. Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

2 yrs experience working in an office environment. Minimum 1 yr experience working with medical records or related and 2-3 years related experience required, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must know or be willing to receive training on all parts and the implications of MN Statute 245G as well as all other required rules and regulations. Ability to work independently. Possess a valid driver license. CPR and first aid certified.
